Maritime Technology Center, Fuente Alamo, Cartagena, September 18, 2024 – 2B-BLUE project was presented in the context of the III Aquaculture 4.0 Spanish Conference organised by our partner the Maritime Technology Center (CTN).
The Maritime Technology Center (CTN) held the III Conference on Aquaculture 4.0 under the slogan: “Engineering and Technology Applied to Aquaculture Food.” The event brought together experts, companies, and entities of the sector, focusing the debate on how new technologies are transforming food sustainability and improving efficiency in aquaculture production.
The Maritime Technology Center (CTN) became a meeting point for open innovation in the aquaculture sector. Its facilities hosted the best experts, companies and institutions in the sector to assess how innovation can revolutionize the food industry by improving efficiency and sustainability in aquaculture production.
The sessions included topics, such as “Technological challenges facing the food industry”, “Innovations in sustainability and technology”, “Innovative and disruptive research projects”, and “Redefining the future of aquatic food production”.
One of the sessions entailed the presentation of the 2B-Blue project to the attendees. More than 60 experts, researchers, entrepreneurs and representatives of companies and public authorities, potential participants of the national T-Labs and BioTech Hubs, were informed about the project’s details, its objectives and advantages, how they could collaborate and, also, were invited to register in the project repository.
